ACCEPTANCE FEES
If your film is selected to screen at the Boston Film Gala, there will be a one-time acceptance fee. The acceptance fee for the Short-Form Film Category is $55, and for the Long-Form Film Category is $95.

Acceptance fees must be paid online via credit or debit card. Failure to pay the acceptance fee will result in disqualification.

NOTIFICATIONS
Final program determinations will be made by July 22, 2016. Except in emergencies, please do not contact the BFG office for disposition.

FILMMAKER Q&A (Required attendance!)
If your film is accepted, you or a representative of the film must attend the Filmmaker Q&A panel(s) associated with your screening day (Friday night or throughout the day on Saturday). You will need to notify us of the attendee’s name. The Filmmaker Q&A is a fantastic opportunity to connect directly with your audience and network with future connections in the film industry.

Accepted filmmakers will receive a free one-year subscription to Script Speaker, a free download of Shot Lister, and $50 in PremiumBeat credits!

You will also receive a free weekend pass to the Boston Film Gala, including a free ticket to the (actual!) Gala on Saturday night.

SATURDAY NIGHT GALA
If your film is accepted, we strongly encourage you to attend the Gala on Saturday night. More opportunities to connect and network are available, plus – it’s a great way to celebrate your work and have fun!
